Role Description This full time, on-site Human Resources Executive role is based in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and orientation activities. The role involves administering HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting performance management and appraisal cycles. The Human Resources Executive will help nurture positive employee relations, facilitate internal communication, and assist in organizing training, engagement initiatives, and HR-related events. This position works closely with leadership to ensure compliance with company standards and local labor regulations while reinforcing an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support overall people processes and organizational goals.




Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage documentation, compliance, and the consistent application of company guidelines.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to foster a positive workplace, address concerns, and promote engagement and retention.
Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Candidates should have strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS tools and MS Office.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in HR or talent management is an advantage.
