We are looking for a highly proactive, dependable, and execution-oriented professional to work directly with our Managing Director.
? Role: Assistant to Managing Director
? Location: Delhi NCR
? Experience: 7+ Years
? Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the MD on strategic, operational, and organisational matters
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Take ownership of assignments and ensure timely completion
• Track priorities, deadlines, follow-ups, and pending matters
• Support MD-led projects, initiatives, and organisational improvements
• Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, trackers, and management updates
• Proactively identify issues and ensure effective resolution
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion
? What We’re Looking For




✔️ 7+ years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Operations, Management Coordination, Chief of Staff support, or similar roles
✔️ Prior experience working with a MD/CEO/Founder/Promoter preferred
✔️ Exceptional follow-up, coordination, communication, and execution skills
✔️ Strong ownership mindset and ability to get things done
✔️ Excellent MS Office/Google Workspace skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
✔️ Mature, proactive, flexible, and highly dependable skilled
✔️ Willingness to handle urgent and time-sensitive requirements beyond standard working hours when required
