Role Description This full-time in office Speech Therapist role is based in Delhi, India. The Speech Therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children, and design individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
The role also involves educating caregivers on home-based strategies, participating in case reviews, and contributing to interdisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
Candidates should possess skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and treating Dysphagia.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Relevant licensure/registration as per local regulatory requirements in India.
Experience working with children and families in clinical or educational settings.
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with caregivers.
Strong record-keeping, time management, and organizational skills.
