Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant - Functional with 6+ years of experience in Public Financial Management (PFM) and Government financial systems.
nThe candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, defining functional specifications, supporting process re-engineering initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation of public finance systems. The role requires strong domain expertise in government budgeting, treasury management, accounting, expenditure management, and fund flow monitoring.

nKey Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from government departments and stakeholders.n
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements aligned with Public Financial Management best practices.n
- Prepare functional requirement specifications, use cases, process flows, and reporting requirements.n
- Support the design, implementation, testing, and rollout of financial management solutions.n




- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system functionalities.n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user training sessions, and change management activities.n
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation support.n
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to functional and business requirements.n

- Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, functional implementation, or Public Financial Management projects.n
- Robust understanding of government finance processes, budgeting, accounting, treasury operations, and fund management.n
- Experience in preparing business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.n
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.n
