Role: Workday HCM Consultant
Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Workday HCM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Manage Core HCM, Organization Structures, Staffing Models, Business Processes, and Security.
- Support Workday integrations, data conversions, testing, and deployments.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Prepare functional specifications, user training materials, and system documentation.
- Participate in enhancement projects, releases, and compliance initiatives.
