JOB TITLE: CONTENT CREATOR & VIDEO EDITOR

LOCATION: Chennai(Guindy)

EXPERIENCE: 2 YEARS

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a hands-on, all-rounder content role. The person will shoot and edit video content (Instagram Reels+ YouTube), design graphics and thumbnails, and handle product photography. Content direction and briefs will be provided by the Direction team — the candidate is responsible for high-quality execution and on-time delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Video Content (Instagram Reels + YouTube)

● Shoot product reviews, unboxings, comparisons, and customer testimonials

● Edit short-form Reels (15–60 sec) with trending audio, captions, and transitions

● Edit long-form YouTube videos (5–15 min) with intros, B-roll, text overlays, and sound design

● Colour-correct footage, sync audio, and add motion graphics or lower thirds

B. Graphic Design & Thumbnails

● Design YouTube thumbnails optimized for click-through rate

● Create Instagram post graphics — offers, price cards, feature comparisons

● Design Stories templates, highlights covers, and promotional banners

● Maintain visual consistency with brand colours, fonts, and style guidelines

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS

Must-Have

● Video Editing: Proficient in at least one — Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve

● Graphic Design:



Proficient in at least one — Canva Pro / Photoshop / Figma

● Instagram Reels: Understanding of trends, hooks, and engagement patterns

● YouTube Editing: Pacing, retention hooks, and thumbnail design

● Bilingual: Ability to create text/captions in Tamil + English

Good-to-Have

● Motion graphics (After Effects / CapCut templates) ● Basic sound design and audio mixing

● Experience creating content for mobile phones / electronics

● Understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions)
