The Server & Solution Architect is a senior technical authority responsible for architecting end-to-end compute, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise and carrier-grade clients. Operating within the Solution Engineering team that serves both ISP and Master Solution Integrator (MSI) verticals, this role demands deep hands-on expertise combined with strong pre-sales acumen to shape, articulate, and win complex infrastructure deals.

◆ Design and architect enterprise-grade server, compute, hyper-converged (HCI), and virtualization solutions for telecom, enterprise,



and government customers
• Lead technical engagements during pre-sales — discovery calls, workshops, PoC execution, and solution presentations
• Architect private cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud solutions integrated with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Support the MSI practice in Data Centre build-outs — TOR/EOR switching, storage fabrics, backup, DR, and DCIM
• Collaborate with the Security Architect on hardening of server and virtualisation layers
• Deep hands-on experience with HPE ProLiant / Synergy, Dell PowerEdge, Cisco UCS, and Nutanix HCI platforms
• Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Azure Stack HCI deployment
• Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift (conceptual to hands-on)
• IaaS/PaaS/SaaS architecture on AWS, Azure, and GCP — cloud migration and lift-and-shift
• DCIM tools, power/cooling planning, and rack unit optimisation for carrier-grade Data Centres
• Performance tuning, capacity planning, and TCO/ROI analysis for infrastructure decisions

 Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications
• Equivalent: BCA / MCA / M.IT/Networks) — considered with strong industry experience
• Postgraduate qualifications (M.Tech / MBA in Technology Management) are a distinct advantage
