Position Overview nCancer Healer Center is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Center In-Charge to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, patient experience, team performance, administration and business performance of the center.




nThe Center In-Charge will be responsible for ensuring that the center functions efficiently, patients receive a high-quality and compassionate experience, employees perform effectively, and the center achieves its operational and revenue objectives.
nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring solid people management, operational discipline, commercial understanding and excellent patient-handling skills.

- Take overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of the center.n
- Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently and professionally.n
- Implement and monitor CHC's SOPs, policies and operational standards.n
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and service standards.n
- Identify operational gaps and implement timely corrective measures.n
- Ensure effective coordination between clinical, front-office and support functions.n
- Maintain a clean, organized and patient-friendly cen
