nKey Responsibilities

- Lead architectural planning and design management for residential projects.n
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project execution teams.n
- Monitor design approvals and mitigate project-related risks.n




- Support management in strategic architectural and project decisions.n
- Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.n

nExperience & Profile

- n
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.n
- Strong experience in large residential townships and high-rise residential developments.n
- Expertise in consultant coordination and project management.n
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and architectural execution.n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced workplace.n
