- Excellent organisational and time management skillsn
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsn
- Organize travel arrangements, if required (flights, hotels, itineraries)n
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain qualified integrity at all timesn
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executiven
- Organize and prioritize tasks and follow up on key deliverablesn
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal departments, clients, or partnersn
- Maintain expense reports and other deliverablesn
- Prepare reports,



presentations, and other documentsn
- Maintain filing systems and organize recordsn
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teamsn
- Assist with personal matters, if requiredn
- Ability to multi-taskn
- Monitor and manage expenses or budgets when requestedn
- Maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion and high degree of professionalismn
- Willingness to travel with the employer if requiredn
