We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented leader to head the West Zone business operations , driving growth, profitability, and market expansion across multiple channels.

This role offers an opportunity to lead a large-scale regional business with end-to-end ownership and strong cross-functional exposure.

Key Responsibilities
1. P&L; Ownership (Top Line & Bottom Line)
- Drive overall revenue growth and profitability for the West Zone
- Own and deliver on sales targets, margins, and cost efficiencies
- Continuously track and improve business performance metrics

2. Regional Leadership
- Lead and mentor Branch Heads across the region
- Align teams with organizational vision, strategy, and goals
- Build a high-performance, accountable, and growth-driven culture

3. Multi-Channel Business Management
- Drive performance across all key business formats:
- Large Format Retail (LFR)
- Key Accounts
- Distribution / General Trade
- Multi-Brand Outlets (MBO)
- Exclusive / Branded Outlets
- CSD
- Ensure strong execution for both Sell-In and Sell-Out

Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement region-specific growth strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Ensure robust forecasting, planning, and execution

5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Commercial teams
- Drive alignment on campaigns, promotions, and customer initiatives
- Ensure seamless execution across functions

6. Market & Customer Development
- Build solid relationships with key customers and partners
- Strengthen brand presence and regional market penetration
- Track competition and market trends to stay ahead

7. Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient execution across branches and channels
- Drive process adherence, governance, and compliance
- Optimize supply chain coordination and service levels

Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA from a tier-1 B-school with 12-20 years of experience preferably from consumer goods an
