**Job Title:** Direct Sales & Agency Executive (Bancassurance & Direct Marketing)

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our agile Banking Insurance team. In this role, you will be on direct company payroll and responsible for driving sales through direct marketing channels and agency partner networks. You will build strong customer relationships, identify financial needs, and cross-sell comprehensive insurance solutions to hit revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Source and acquire potential clients through direct marketing and partner referrals.

* Identify customer needs and offer suited life and general insurance products.

* Build and maintain a solid pipeline to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with bank branch managers and agency networks to execute sales strategies.

* Ensure seamless customer onboarding,



complete documentation, and excellent post-sales support.

**Candidate Eligibility & Criteria:**

* **Age:** 21 to 32 years.

* **Education:** Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

* **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in direct sales, insurance, or financial services.

* **Payroll:** 100% Direct Company Payroll.

* **Skills:** Strong communication skills, customer persuasion, and active relationship management.
