We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior projects in Chennai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate various tasks on-site and ensure that projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Work with the project manager and various teams to ensure that the interior design projects are executed as planned, within deadlines, and meet quality standards.

2. Site Monitoring: Regularly visit the project site to supervise ongoing work, ensuring that everything is progressing according to the design specifications and project schedule.

3. Team Management: Lead and direct the work of contractors and subcontractors on-site, ensuring everyone understands their tasks and responsibilities.

4. Quality Control: Check the quality of work being done to ensure that it meets the required standards. Address any issues that may arise promptly.

5. Reporting:



Keep detailed records of the work progress, including daily reports, which should be shared with management for effective communication.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in interior design or a related field. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for interior design and solid organizational skills are essential. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with different teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly will help you succeed in this role.
