About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP leader to own ERP operations, reliability, data integrity and rollouts across a growing multi-location luxury retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ERP configuration, performance, uptime and enhancements across business functions.
- Ensure accurate inventory, billing, procurement, finance and master data.
- Drive ERP reporting, reconciliation and BI/data integrations.
- Lead ERP implementation and rollout across new locations.
- Manage user training, support and change management.
- Own ERP defect, enhancement and implementation partner management.
- Ensure ERP systems support retail operations and financial processes effectively.

Ideal Profile





- 8–12 years in ERP implementation, ownership or application management.
- Strong experience with retail ERP, inventory and finance systems.
- Experience managing ERP across multi-location retail operations.
- Strong understanding of retail finance, inventory and billing processes.
- Experience managing ERP vendors / implementation partners.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate degree required;
ERP certification preferred.
