nRole Purpose
nLead multiple accounts or a portfolio, ensuring financial governance, integrity, performance insights, transformation, and strategic financial alignment.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead multi-account Industry financial governance and portfolio-level controllingn
- Oversee consolidated financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple accountsn
- Drive MEC governance across Industry – ensuring quality, compliance, and risk managementn
- Lead portfolio-level working capital initiativesn
- Challenge and support Industry leadership on risks, opportunities, and strategic issuesn
- Oversee Rainbow approvals, commercial governance, and customer contract reviewsn
- Lead audit and controls agenda for Industry,



ensuring adherence to IFRS standardsn
- Mentor and manage Industry Controllers and finance teamsn
- Champion automation, process optimization, and improvement initiativesn
- Support bids, pricing evaluations, and investment decisionsn

nDesired Candidate Profile

- n
- Bcom/MBA (or comparable local accounting qualifications)n
- Experience 10-15 yrs relevantn
- Understands the implications of decisions and actions on overall business profitability, not solely Practicen
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages to a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, especially non-financen
- SAP/Clarity/Excel valuable levels of knowledge in all.n
