Qualification: Bcom and CMA or Inter-CMA

n Role Overview:
nThe role provides critical support to the Cost & Management Accounting function, focusing on accurate cost tracking, analysis, and reporting to aid financial planning, control, and decision-making. The candidate will work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure reliable cost data and contribute to improving financial transparency and efficiency.

n Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation and analysis of product costing, standard cost updates , and variance analysisn
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities related to cost accountingn
- Help in compiling and maintaining cost allocation reports for different cost centers and production linesn
- Collect and analyze data for overhead absorption, WIP valuation , and inventory costingn
- Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost inputs n
- Assist in developing cost control measures , identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvementsn
- Participate in the preparation of internal management reports and dashboards n
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to cost recordsn
- Help ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls n
