nRole Overview: You’ll be responsible for onboarding delivery partners across various locations. This involves identifying potential candidates, engaging them, and ensuring smooth onboarding while meeting targets.

nKey Responsibilities:

nIdentify and recruit delivery partners in assigned regions.
nConduct face-to-face meetings to explain onboarding processes and requirements.
nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and training.
nAchieve onboarding targets and maintain solid relationships with delivery partners.

nQualifications:
n
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
nExperience in sales, recruitment, or field operations is a plus.
nFamiliarity with Navi Mumbai regions will be advantageous.
nAbility to work independently and meet targets.
