Octaloop is looking for a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing for India Blockchain Tour and our upcoming events. This is a hands-on performance role. We’re looking for someone who can get into the ad platforms, launch campaigns, test creatives and audiences, optimise funnels, and ultimately drive ticket sales and qualified leads.

What you’ll own

Paid Ads

- Run and optimise campaigns across Meta, X and Reddit
- Build acquisition, retargeting and conversion campaigns
- Test audiences, creatives, messaging and offers
- Manage budgets and continuously optimise CAC/CPL

Ticket Sales

- Build paid funnels to drive IBT ticket purchases
- Track the journey from ad → landing page → checkout → purchase
- Identify and fix conversion drop-offs
- Scale campaigns that are generating actual ticket sales

Lead Generation

- Generate qualified leads for sponsors, speakers, partners, founders and attendees
- Build and optimise lead-generation campaigns
- Work closely with the BD team to improve lead quality and conversions

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

- Build campaigns for ticket sales, announcements, event reminders and re-engagement




- Segment audiences and run targeted campaigns
- Track conversions and optimise messaging

Analytics & Optimisation

- Own campaign tracking, UTMs, pixels and conversion events
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CAC, conversion rate, revenue and ROAS
- Turn performance data into clear actions and experiments

What we’re looking for

- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong experience with Meta Ads
- Experience with X Ads and/or Reddit Ads
- Experience with email and WhatsApp marketing
- Robust understanding of conversion funnels and retargeting
- Comfortable with analytics, tracking and attribution
- Strong copywriting and creative instincts
- Someone who is extremely execution-oriented and data-driven
- Most importantly: you care about revenue, tickets sold and leads generated — not vanity metrics
