We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for various architectural projects. This role requires proficiency in CAD software, an understanding of building codes, and the ability to collaborate with architects and engineers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience as a Draftsperson in an architectural firm.

- Proficiency in Architectural Software.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting & Documentation:
- Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

- Prepare working drawings for construction and permit applications.





- Revise and update drawings as per project requirements and feedback.

- Collaboration & Coordination:

- Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.

- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure drawings align with project specifications.

- Assist in reviewing and modifying drawings to comply with building codes and regulations.

- Software & Tools Proficiency:

- Utilize the necessary drafting software to create accurate drawings.

- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

- Compliance & Standards:

- Ensure all drawings meet company standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Research and apply relevant building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods in drawings.
