Customer Success — AskCruz (Remote) GFC Intelligence

About the role AskCruz is an AI operating system for industrial and distribution businesses, live with clients like 3GM Steel and Sabre Alloys. We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship after the deal closes — making sure clients actually adopt AskCruz, get value fast, and renew. At this stage, retention and expansion are as important to our growth as new sales, so this is a high-ownership seat, not a support-ticket role.

What you'll do

- Own onboarding for new AskCruz clients — get them live, adopted, and seeing value quickly
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders post-sale, from day-to-day users to decision-makers
- Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction, and flag churn risk early
- Run regular check-ins and business reviews, translating client feedback into product and account priorities
- Coordinate with the founder and product team on escalations, feature requests, and renewal/expansion conversations




- Maintain accurate account records — status, open issues, renewal dates, expansion opportunities

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles for a B2B/SaaS or software product
- Comfortable owning a client relationship end-to-end, not just responding to tickets
- Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be the primary voice clients hear between sales and support
- Organized and proactive — you catch account risk before it becomes a churn conversation
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage workplace with a small client base where every account matters

Nice to have

- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, or distribution clients
- Familiarity with ERP or operational software implementations
- Comfortable working directly with AI tools as part of daily workflow
- Compensation ₹50,000–₹1,00,000/month
