Role Description

In the State Leadership role, the individual will lead state-level operations, drive market expansion, and oversee the launch and growth of SARCHBAZAR’s services within the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing local business strategies, building partnerships with merchants and service providers, and identifying new opportunities in listing, searching, shopping, and advertising. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating marketing and outreach activities, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.

The State Leadership Startup Founder will also represent SARCHBAZAR in local business networks and community initiatives, while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications
Proven leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in building or scaling startups or recent business units.
Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital commerce, or social commerce ecosystems and regional market dynamics.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and track performance against goals.
Excellent stakeholder management skills,



including partnership development, negotiation, and relationship building.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
Hands-on experience in operations management, business development, or product/market launch activities.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including basic proficiency in analytics tools or platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
Prior experience in commerce, retail, or technology platforms in the region is highly beneficial.
