We are hiring a Marketing Head.
Bloom Group of Companies runs three design-led F&B; brands in Delhi NCR: Bloom Cafe & Cakery, Cicchetti Italiano, and Firenze Gelateria & Caffè.
We are looking for someone to own marketing end to end. Build the team, set the ideas, shoot them, and launch them. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to post.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Full ownership of marketing across all three brands: strategy, calendar, creative, budget and results
• Building your own team. You will source, interview and hire the Marketing Associate and the in-house Graphic Designer, set their briefs, and approve everything that goes out
• Fresh hook ideas and reel concepts every month for all three pages. This is the heart of the job
• Daily, high quality stories for every outlet. No filler
• A beautiful grid per brand (thumbnails, sequencing, colour flow) and a defined posting pattern
• Shoots run by you,



including phone shot reels. We do a high volume and want them turned around fast
• Campaigns and launches: new menus, weekend specials, merchandise, and a rewards programme we want made genuinely innovative
• On ground and in store: menus, standees, signage and checklists. Menus refreshed monthly and physically checked every two weeks

NON NEGOTIABLES
• Aesthetic sense. You need not be a graphic designer, but you must instantly know whether a piece of design is good or bad, and be able to say why • An understanding of luxury and restraint. No awkward fonts, no crooked placements, no frame stuffed with elements just to fill space
• Brand deck fluency. A brand deck is a wall to play on, not a cage. Show us you can be creative within a system
• Reach and shareability over follower count. Content should make people want to send it to a friend and then order or book a table
• 2-4+ years in social media and marketing for FB
