Role Description The Company Secretary Trainee will support the team with day-to-day corporate compliance and secretarial work in an internship capacity. This on-site role, based in Ghaziabad, includes assisting with company incorporation processes,



maintaining statutory registers and records, preparing and filing ROC and MCA forms, and supporting trademark, GST, and ITR-related documentation. The trainee will help in drafting resolutions, notices, minutes, and other legal documents, as well as supporting corporate governance and due diligence activities. Responsibilities also involve researching applicable laws and regulations, coordinating with clients for information and documentation, and assisting in FEMA, LLP, and partnership compliance and advisory work. The role offers hands-on exposure to practical company secretarial functions and professional development under experienced mentors.
Qualifications
