Role Description The Care Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for guiding individuals through their care journey and ensuring a supportive, consumer-centered experience. In this role, the Care Counselor will engage directly with patients and families, explain treatment options and processes in clear terms, and help them navigate appointments, follow-ups, and referrals. Day-to-day activities include answering questions about care plans,



coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and documenting interactions accurately to maintain continuity of care. The Care Counselor will also identify barriers to access, escalate concerns appropriately, and provide feedback to improve services and patient satisfaction. This position requires consistent collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy in all interactions.

BDS GRADUATE - Required
