Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Branded Sales Manager to drive sales for premium and luxury real estate projects from reputed developers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in real estate sales, high-value deal closures, client relationship management, and revenue generation. Candidates with team-handling experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Drive sales and revenue growth for premium and luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.




• Handle HNI/UHNI clients and provide professional investment guidance.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of company-generated leads.
• Build strong relationships with clients and generate repeat/referral business.
Team Management
• Team-handling responsibilities will be assigned based on management assessment and business requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
• Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, productivity, and performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of current team members.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes and CRM practices.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop referral networks and business relationships.
