Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our Finance Accounts team in the Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, taxation, audits, compliance, and MIS activities while supporting the overall financial management of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for real estate projects.

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support project-wise accounting, budgeting, cost analysis, and variance analysis.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide required financial documents.

Review vendor payments, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.

Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards related to projects, revenue, expenses, collections,



and profitability.

Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project cash flows.

Assist in RERA-related financial compliance and reporting.

Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Sales, CRM, Legal, and Project teams.

Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting

Positive understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax statutory compliance

Knowledge of Auditing and Internal Controls

Good MS Excel / Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP will be an advantage

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate

Recently Qualified CA / CA Fresher

Articleship experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or similar industries is preferred.
