Role Description The Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading a sales team focused on personal loan products, including setting daily targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.



The Team Leader will oversee lead allocation, track conversion rates, and implement sales strategies aligned with FinCrif’s digital marketplace model. Daily activities include coaching and mentoring team members, resolving complex customer queries, coordinating with banking and NBFC partners, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves preparing regular sales reports, analyzing data to improve processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings.
