Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Programmer cum Operator role based in Coimbatore. The role involves programming CNC machines for plastic and Bakelite component manufacturing, setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and optimizing cutting parameters. The CNC Programmer cum Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring CNC equipment, performing basic preventive maintenance, and ensuring parts meet dimensional and quality specifications.



Daily tasks include reading technical drawings, adjusting programs and offsets as needed, collaborating with the tool room and production teams, and maintaining accurate production and inspection records while following safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Solid CNC programming and operation skills, including experience with G-code, setting tools, and machine parameter adjustments.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and measurement reports.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
Knowledge of plastic and Bakelite (SMC & DMC) molding processes, tooling concepts, and basic machine maintenance.
Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to troubleshoot machining issues on the shop floor.
