Role Purpose
Responsible for driving store sales, profitability, customer experience, people productivity and operational excellence, while ensuring adherence to brand standards and retail processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Sales
Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and other key store KPIs.
Analyse business performance and implement actions to improve sales.
Drive effective stock availability, sell-through and inventory productivity.
Ensure optimum manpower productivity and control store operating costs.
2. Customer Experience
Deliver a consistent and differentiated customer experience in line with brand standards.
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Drive customer engagement, repeat visits and loyalty.
3. Store Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with SOPs.
Maintain high standards of VM, store hygiene, grooming and visual presentation.
Ensure effective stock management, including inward, transfers, replenishment,



cycle counts and stock audits.
Minimise shrinkage, stock loss and operational errors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and safety standards.
4. People Management
Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.
Drive team productivity, attendance, grooming and discipline.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback.
Identify high-potential team members and support their career development.
Build a positive, customer-centric and performance-driven store culture.
5. Reporting & Controls
Track and report store KPIs and business performance.
Ensure accurate cash handling, billing and daily reconciliation.
Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Ensure timely completion of all audits and corrective actions.
