We are looking for an experienced Sales Director – India to build and lead our commercial growth across India.
The Chance
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven healthcare sales professional who can take an emerging medtech technology from clinical validation and hospital pilots to scaled adoption.
You will own the India sales strategy, develop strategic hospital relationships, build the sales pipeline, close enterprise accounts and create a scalable sales organization.
You will work closely with the CEO, clinical leadership, product and marketing teams to translate Truss Health's clinical value proposition into commercial success.
Key Responsibilities




Sales Strategy & Revenue
Develop and execute Truss Health's India sales strategy and annual revenue plan.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and clinical engagement through contracting, implementation and expansion.
Build a predictable enterprise sales pipeline and sales forecasting process.
Establish pricing, commercial models and account strategies in collaboration with leadership.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Hospital & Healthcare Sales
Develop relationships with hospital CEOs, COOs, CMOs, medical directors, surgeons, wound-care specialists, diabetic-foot programs and procurement teams.
Drive adoption across hospitals, health systems and specialty clinics.
Convert clinical pilots into long-term commercial contracts.
Identify opportunities for enterprise-wide deployment across hospital networks.
