Role Description The General Manager After Sales is responsible for overseeing all after-sales operations, including customer support, service delivery, and post-sale relationship management for the Mumbai location. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing after-sales strategies, monitoring service performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position includes managing and mentoring the after-sales and customer service teams, setting targets, and optimizing processes to improve response times,



service quality, and revenue from service and parts. The General Manager After Sales will collaborate closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to address customer issues, support warranty and service contracts, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role also requires regular reporting on key performance metrics, handling escalations, and maintaining compliance with company standards and local regulations.
