Job Description:
Hands on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR.
Candidate should have experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and support projects.
Responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, testing, client communication, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements from clients.
Perform:
Fit-gap analysis
As-Is and To-Be process design
Solution configuration
Prototype demonstrations
Configure Oracle Fusion Core HR based on business requirements.
Develop test scripts and perform functional testing.
Prepare functional documents including:
Functional Design Documents
Test Scripts
Test Evidence
Migration Documents
Support technical teams for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
Configure Core HR features including:
Workflow Approval Rules
Data Role Security
Checklist
Design Studio Personalization
Participate in Enhancement Request (ER) discussions with clients.
Perform impact analysis for Oracle quarterly upgrades.
Conduct regression testing within timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 production issues.
Provide regular status updates and issue reports to Project Managers.
Conduct client discussions and support user training activities.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR module.
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
Minimum 2 end-to-end HCM implementation experience.
Good understanding of:
Core HR configuration
HCM business processes
Security roles
Workflows
Functional testing
Experience with latest Oracle Fusion HCM releases.
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas preferred.
Experience with project tools:
Jira
Confluence
ServiceNow (preferred)
