Role Description The Supervisor / Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the spa outlet in Indore, ensuring smooth service delivery and an excellent guest experience. This on-site role includes managing staff schedules, supervising therapists and front desk personnel, monitoring treatment room readiness, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The Manager will handle guest inquiries and concerns, coordinate bookings, manage inventory of spa products and supplies, and ensure that services are delivered according to company protocols.



The role also involves monitoring revenue and expenses, supporting local marketing initiatives, training team members on service standards, and reporting performance to senior management.

Qualifications

- Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail outlet supervision, with the ability to manage daily operations and staff.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on handling guest feedback and delivering a welcoming experience.
- Basic skills in scheduling, inventory management, and cash or billing handling, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a diverse team, fostering a positive, respectful, and performance-driven work environment.
- General understanding of wellness or spa services and willingness to learn about therapies offered at Zivaya Wellness.
- Comfort working in office in Indore, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior supervisory experience.
