? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Lead to ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise IT applications in a paper manufacturing workplace.

The role will focus on SAP/Application Support, issue resolution, system maintenance, AI/data analysis, change & release management, and continuous process improvement.

? Key Responsibilities

? Provide L1/L2 support for SAP modules and other enterprise applications

? Troubleshoot and resolve user issues while minimizing application downtime

? Escalate complex issues to development teams or external vendors

? Support data preparation and AI-driven modeling initiatives

? Analyze data to generate actionable insights for automation and decision-making

? Monitor application performance, stability, and reliability

? Manage routine maintenance, updates, patches, and backups

? Conduct user training and maintain user manuals and knowledge-base documentation

? Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and rollout





? Coordinate with business and technical teams for effective change management

? Translate business requirements into technical specifications

? Identify opportunities for application and process improvements
