About The Role

The Presales Bid Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, functioning as the operational engine of our presales team. This position involves managing the end-to-end solutioning process, ensuring the timely, high-quality, and compliant submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs),



and proactive proposals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and a strategic mindset to align technical solutions with client needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, delivery teams, and sales professionals, to craft compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and win new business.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in bid management and presales coordination within the IT services industry, particularly focusing on Data & Analytics proposals and bids. Exceptional organizational skills are essential to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously.
