About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support both recruitment delivery and business development initiatives within our North American operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing talent, researching markets,



and driving outbound growth efforts. You will play a key role in building and maintaining candidate pipelines, supporting client outreach, and ensuring seamless recruitment processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong organizational mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or sales support. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and internet research is essential. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required to effectively engage with candidates and clients. The candidate must be highly organized with keen attention to detail and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
