We are hiring a customer-focused and self-disciplined Telecalling Executive for a remote work role. In this position, you will be the frontline representative of Anantya Media, engaging directly with customers through calls to address inquiries,



resolve issues, and promote our services. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless customer experience by providing timely assistance, capturing feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently from your own location. As part of our remote team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or voice support roles. Any graduate or undergraduate with a passion for customer service can apply. Prior experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
