About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager – Quality Engineering / Test Delivery to oversee testing operations within our insurance products and digital platforms. This leadership role requires a professional with extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance, a proven track record in test delivery, automation, and AI-led quality transformation. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team of Test Leads and Test Engineers,



ensuring quality standards are met across multiple programs and projects. This role is remote, offering flexibility and the chance to influence quality engineering practices on a global scale.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 13-16 years of experience in quality engineering, testing, or related fields within the insurance industry. A deep understanding of Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance, including Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, Underwriting, and related processes, is essential. Experience with leading Policy Administration Systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco is highly preferred. Certifications like ISTQB or AI/GenAI credentials are advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, along with expertise in test automation, API testing, SQL, Agile methodologies, and release
