About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the IT domain, particularly in areas such as Staff Augmentation, Cyber Security, and AI Solutions.



This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US and European markets. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while collaborating closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess over 12 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on B2B service-based projects in sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Legal, and Technology. Prior experience targeting legal firms and working with US and European markets is mandatory.
