About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations by accurately recording financial transactions,



maintaining organized general ledgers, and preparing routine journal entries in accordance with established accounting standards and firm procedures. The role also involves assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining audit-ready records. The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently, all while working effectively in a remote environment aligned with Canadian time zones.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification of CA IPCC and B.COM graduation.
Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is highly advantageous.
Proven expertise in bookkeeping, including maintaining general ledgers and recording day-to-day transactions.
Proficiency in creating, posting, and documenting journal entries with proper approvals.
