Role Description The Virtual Customer Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. In this role, the representative responds to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing clear and accurate information about rides, rentals, and guided trips. Daily tasks include assisting with bookings and cancellations, resolving issues related to payments or schedules, and guiding customers through the use of the KiaraHub platform. The representative is responsible for maintaining updated knowledge of routes, services,



and local points of interest to offer helpful recommendations. The role also involves documenting interactions, escalating complex concerns when needed, and consistently delivering a professional and courteous customer experience.
Qualifications

Robust customer-facing abilities with skills in Customer Service and Customer Support.
Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall Customer Experience.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction in English and local languages.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.
Comfort with basic computer tools, mobile apps, and ticketing or CRM systems.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles in transportation, travel, hospitality, or related sectors is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Varanasi with flexible shifts, including week
