Role Overview

We are looking for Business Development Executives who understand how IT services

businesses operate and are excited to build a career in technology sales and consulting.

This is not a pure cold-calling role. The day-to-day work revolves around identifying business

opportunities, researching prospects, building outreach strategies, starting conversations,

and supporting the senior sales team in creating qualified opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a technical or IT-related background, understands business

conversations,



and is comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach tools,

Upwork, and other lead generation channels.

What You’ll Do

Research companies, founders, and decision-makersGenerate leads and identify potential business opportunitiesBuild and manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and similarplatformsSupport the senior team in sales conversations and follow-upsMaintain CRM hygiene and sales trackingUnderstand client problems and map Zenithive’s services accordinglyParticipate in proposal preparation and market researchContinuously improve outreach quality and conversion approaches
