Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic B2B Executive to build and maintain strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and generate new business opportunities. The role involves meeting with colleges, universities, training institutes, consultancies, hospitals, agencies, and other organizations to establish collaborations, conduct seminars and awareness sessions, convert leads into partnerships, and expand the institute's network. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Note : This is not purely an inside sales position.

Role Overview

Fluency in English and Kannada (spoken) is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




Willingness to travel frequently across karnataka
Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships.
Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
Prior experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred
Capability to interact with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
B2B sales, business

development, or the education sector is preferred.

Comfortable in addressing groups and conducting awareness sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with colleges, educational institutions, and healthcare training centers.
Establish connections with principals, chairpersons, and senior management.
Present Lanstitut’s offerings and build long-term institutional partnerships.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations for students and stakeholders.
Represent the organization at events, meetings, and institutional visits.
