Role Description The Head of Project Management – Bank Interior & Civil Projects (PAN India) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of interior and civil projects for banking clients across India, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams, managing project schedules and resource allocation, and monitoring site progress through regular reviews and reports. The role also involves risk assessment, issue resolution, vendor management, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand guidelines. The Head of Project Management is expected to implement best practices, optimize processes, and lead the project team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple locations.
Qualifications
Robust project management capabilities for interior and civil works, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Experience managing multi-site projects, preferably for banking or financial institutions, with familiarity in bank fit-outs and branch rollouts.
Knowledge of construction standards, materials, MEP coordination, safety protoc
