Role Description The Luxury Homes Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving sales of premium residential properties and delivering a high-quality client experience. Day-to-day, this role includes identifying and nurturing leads,



conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The manager will build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understand their lifestyle and investment needs, and provide tailored property recommendations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and developers, preparing sales proposals and documentation, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
