Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Development Representative role based in Raipur. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify potential customers for structural steel products,



focusing on building a strong pipeline of business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting inside sales activities, researching target markets, generating and following up on leads via calls, emails, and meetings, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, preparing basic quotations or proposals in coordination with senior sales members, and supporting the development of long-term relationships with clients and partners. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with business development, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
