Role Description The Purchase Engineer role at KDBS is a full-time, on-site position located in Maharashtra, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying suppliers, requesting quotations, evaluating offers, and issuing purchase orders in line with company standards and project requirements. The Purchase Engineer will coordinate with engineering, production, and finance teams to plan material requirements, ensure timely availability of items,
and optimize cost without compromising quality. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory and lead times, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking order status, resolving discrepancies, and preparing reports on purchasing performance and cost savings.
