Role Description The Front Line Sales Manager (Cross Sell) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving cross-sell of life insurance products to existing and new customers through branch and partner channels,



ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth metrics. The role involves close coordination with CET (operations) to identify cross-sell opportunities, conduct customer meetings, and deliver need-based solutions.

Ctc - 2.5 lakh - 4.5 lakh

Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including target achievement, cross-selling, and pipeline management.
