ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly capable,



analytical and commercially oriented Executive Assistant to the Group CFO to work closely with the Group CFO on financial planning, financial modelling, corporate finance, project finance, fundraising, management reporting and strategic initiatives across the Group.

This is not a traditional administrative Executive Assistant role.

The individual will act as an extension of the Group CFO and will be responsible for coordinating and driving important financial and strategic initiatives across multiple Group companies, subsidiaries, SPVs and renewable-energy projects.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, project economics, corporate finance and Excel, combined with excellent executive-management, communication and follow-up skills.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with the Group CFO, CEO, Promoters, Board members, lenders, investors, auditors, consultants
