VVIP Group is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Lead Generation professional to join our Marketing team and manage digital activities across our real estate projects and corporate brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead-generation campaigns.
- Track leads, CPL, lead quality and campaign performance.
- Manage project and corporate social media handles, content calendars and postings.
- Coordinate website/landing-page updates and digital requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales and external creative/digital agencies.




- Handle basic content/creative changes and maintain performance reports.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years' experience in Digital / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Lead Ads and social media management.
- Good execution, coordination and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva; Photoshop knowledge preferred.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects/campaigns.
